Many workouts promote stiffness which can decrease performance on the playing field. When Progressive Power Yoga is added to any type of athletic training, the person will quickly notice increased focus, increased flexibility and joint mobility, enhanced inner strength and improved endurance and performance. This exercise takes away lactic acid, increases blood flow and alleviates tight muscle joints and pain while opening the hips and chest for improved mobility. Unlike many of the other sports you are enjoying, this one is non competitive. In this part, you will see people of all skills practice yoga at a pace that is right for them.
