Hannah and Jake, now a couple, are visited one last time for a life correction. After hard bargaining with their former warden, Abbott accepts Hannah and Jake's plan to use a willing inmate to save a precious young girl's life from certain death-the first in a plan that saves the lives of thousands-in exchange for finally learning how his crime dropped and rose again-and what it takes to reduce it.  The surprising results seem wonderfully possible in what is the first book of its kind.
